At Blood & Daisies, we care deeply about reducing waste and promoting sustainability. By reusing packaging for our products and shipping, we’re doing our part to keep materials in use for as long as possible. Here’s how you can join us in this effort:
1. Reusing Packaging
- Shipping Boxes & Packaging Materials: We encourage you to reuse the shipping boxes and protective materials (like bubble wrap or paper) for your own needs. They’re perfect for storing items, crafting, or even sending parcels.
- Product Packaging: Many of our product packages can be reused. Consider using them for storage, or as organisers at home.
2. Recycling Tips
- Cardboard Boxes: Flatten and recycle them in your paper/cardboard recycling bin. Check for any labels or tape that may need removing before recycling.
- Paper Fillers & Wrapping: If you receive paper fillers or wrapping, these can usually be recycled with your paper waste.
- Plastic Packaging: While we strive to minimise plastic, any used is typically alraedy reused by us. Sadly some of our supplies still come in little plastic bags. Luckily, we can often reuse these for sorting or shipping!
- Labels & Stickers: These are often not recyclable, so remove them before recycling the main material.
3. Disposal Guidelines by Material
